SUPPORT DESK.

With every IT Support package we offer, you also have access to our customer support desk. We have three main methods of contact once you become a customer. Telephone, Email and our ticketing system.

Every time you speak to us via one of these methods, a ticket will be created that you can access online to see a progress update. You will be able to see who the ticket is assigned to and any comments that we have included for your information.

NETWORK MONITORING.

Depending on the support package you require, we also offer a network monitoring service. These services would include;

  • Anti-virus monitoring -making sure the anti-virus programs are running successfully on all machines in your office.
  • Backup service – as part of a support package, you will receive daily backups of your data. We ensure these backups are performing correctly.

Our monitoring doesn’t stop when your office closes. We monitor your system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have email systems set-up with live notifications coming directly to us if an issue ever does arise. This way we can tackle the situation instantly, avoiding any future mishaps.
